          Lost baggage and property

          If your luggage has not arrived with your flight or has been damaged,
          click on "Lost Baggage"; if you have lost an object inside our airport click on "Lost property".
          Baggage claims are managed by the airline handlers;
          lost property is managed by the Airport.
          The lost property will be kept for a maximum of twelve months from the date of the finding.

          Remember to collect your baggage before leaving the Venice Marco Polo Airport Arrivals hall. Check the identification tag to ensure that the baggage is yours.

          What to do

          If your baggage is missing or damaged, observe the following procedure:

          • Stay in the baggage reclaim hall.
          • Check the screen to find out which Lost & Found company handles your flight.
          • Go to the company's office.
          • Show the ticket and the coupon for the missing baggage (in the event of partial loss you must check which items have not been delivered).

          The lost-property service at Venice's Marco Polo Airport is managed by SAVE's Lost Property Office.

          The Office is open to pick up items from 09:00 to 12.00 and from 15:00 to 18:00 by appointment. The Airport Lost Property Office is in the “Arrivals” hall, on the ground floor.

          In some cases, lost property is managed by the Lost&Found offices of the airlines. In this case, we can provide you with their contact details.
